Deddy Saiful Hadi was born in Bandung, December 1st, 1953. He graduated from Faculty of Economics, Diponegoro University (UNDIP) in Semarang, Indonesia. In 1982 he joined the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. As a Diplomat he was stationed in various Indonesian Representatives abroad i.e. at the Indonesian Embassy in Ottawa, Canada (1984); Indonesian Consulate General in Vancouver, BC, Canada (1985-1988); Indonesian Embassy in Bucharest, Romania (1991-1995); Indonesian Embassy in Kuwait (1997-2001); Indonesian Consulate General in San Francisco, CA, USA (2004-2008); once stationed at the Indonesian Coordinating Ministry for Political, Law and Security Affairs (2008-2011) before being appointed as Ambassador of Indonesia to the State of Qatar based in Doha (2012-2016). He received the Sash of Merit from the Emir of Qatar, H.H. During his career in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and in the Indonesian Representative abroad he had many duties in the Economic and Socio-Cultural and Education sectors; helped and facilitated Indonesian business and education communities with the country where he was assigned. After completed his tenure from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs he was appointed as Rector’s Advisor of Diponegoro University (UNDIP) and Commissioner Member of PT UNDIP MAJU both in Semarang; Advisory Board Member of the Islamic University of Bandung (UNISBA), Bandung; Advisor to the Indonesia Qatar Business Council (IQBC), Middle East Chamber of Commerce (Kadin Timur Tengah) and Advisory Board Member of Permata Harapan Cancer Center, Surakarta.

Infrastructure Development Expert

Leny Maryouri graduated with a Bachelor of Civil Engineering, Gadjah Mada University, Indonesia. She holds Master Decree in Urban Transportation Management from University New South Wales, Australia. Professionally, she has more than 10 years working experience. She has advised DKI Jakarta Province Government as expert in developing framework and operating protocols for public asset management since 2005, and has been the lead Public Private Partnership (PPP) expert in Bappenas since 2010. She was appointed as an advisor to the Governor for South Sumatera Province since 2013. In 2016, she joined in the Committee of Acceleration Priority Infrastructure Delivery.

Since 2017, she is the PPP expert focusing in the infrastructure financing in Ministry of Transportation for Jabodetabek transportation integration system and she is contributing to develop Public Private Partnership – Available Payment (PPP AP) projects for highway and toll road as alternative financing to overcome the government budget constraint. Recently, she has been invited to become the PPP expert for affordable housing delivery at Ministry of Public Transport and Housing, Government of Indonesia and taking part as expert team in Ministry of Transportation with responsibility to develop the sustainability scheme of financing for LRT operation of South Sumatra after ASIAN Games.

Her passion is contributing in the development of Indonesia. She is committed working with the government and the private sectors to improve the effectiveness of the Indonesian Government’s economic management to promote broad based economic growth and poverty reduction.

Vicky Hidajat Effendi holds a Bachelor degree in Economic (Marketing) from Universitas Islam Indonesia (UII), Yogyakarta and a Master Degree in International Management from University Indonesia. With more than 10 years of working experiences, he started his career from sales-marketing and private consultant in industries such as Finance and Management Consultant.

In 2016 – 2017, he was appointed as an expert on several studies at Ministries and Government Institutions of the Republic of Indonesia such as Directorate of Infrastructure Investment (DBII-DJBK) of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, and Government Goods / Services Procurement Policy (LKPP).

Since 2018, he was appointed as an expert at Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Transportation, Directorate General of Housing Provision of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, a Regional Owned Enterprises (ROE’s) of Pemprov DKI Jakarta, and at Ministry of Transportation for Jabodetabek Transportation Integration System (BPTJ). With his excellent skills and experiences in infrastructure, he has also been a facilitator in several training activities.

Srianto Handoko, SE., MAP. Graduated as a Bachelor of Economics in 1993 from the National University, Jakarta, Handoko obtained a Masters degree in Public Policy from the same camStarting his career as a sales executive, he got most of his work experience in the sales and marketing field. Held positions ranging from Sales Person to General Manager in various industries such as Automotive, Hospital Equipment, Financial Institution, Public Relations and Marketing Consultant, to Information Technology Developer and Integrator, and finally in 2015 started his experience in the world of research consulting.

His experience in the world of research consultants includes being an expert in several research work in several Ministries / Government Agencies of the Republic of Indonesia such as the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, the Government Goods / Services Procurement Policy Institute, the Ministry of Transportation, and the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy

With skills and experience in the field of digital marketing, he has also been a facilitator in several training activities.
